2. Travel, RSVP & Registration
Travel Dates:
Arrival: Monday, 18 July 2016
Departure: Thursday, 21 July 2016 (Flights no earlier than 1830), or Friday, 22 July 2016

RSVP & Registration Instructions:
(1) Training RSVP must be done on-line via the registration website listed below NLT 30 May 2016:
Pre-Registration will be available at the Hilton San Antonio Airport, in the Texas Ballroom foyer, to the left of the front check-in desk, on Monday 18 July 2016 from 1500 to 1700.
(3) Registration will also be available on 19 July 2016 from 0700 – 0745 outside of the Texas Ballroom.
(4) Conference guests should be seated no-later-than 0750.
(5) Government laptop is required.

3. Funding, Conference Location & Lodging
DHAP funding is available to cover travel expenses, hotel, and per diem for Military Personnel and Government Civilians. In order to request funding, simply complete the Registration/Funding Roster in its entirety to include the Cost Estimate column and to Mrs. Renee Gibbons at NLT 30 May Providing this information is critical so that USARC G1 Budget Integration Office can perform a cross-org in DTS which grants you access to DHAP travel funds.
**Due to limited funding, the completed registration/funding roster must be received by 30 May 2016.**

The Hilton San Antonio Airport Hotel is located in the 410 corridor, two miles from the San Antonio International Airport and across the street from the bustling North Star Mall.

From Airport: Exit the airport and turn right onto Loop 410 West. Exit San Pedro Blvd. Proceed west on service road to Blanco. Turn right (North) on Blanco to next stop light at Lockhill Selma. Turn right to next intersection (1 block) and take another right to hotel. Hotel entrance on left. Property located on right between Blanco and San Pedro. From North: IH 35 south to Loop 410 west. Exit San Pedro Blvd, proceed west on service road Blanco. Turn right (North) on Blanco to next stop light at Lockhill Selma. Turn right to next intersection (1 block) and take another right to hotel. Hotel entrance on left. We are located on the North side of service road. From South: IH 37 North. Exit on Airport Blvd and turn left to 410 west. Exit San Pedro Blvd and proceed west on service road to Blanco. Turn right (North) on Blanco to next stop light at Lockhill Selma.
