-visibility -gestures -expression -absorption (getting into character) -energy

Three basic qualities of good pantomime:
1. consistency 2. exaggerated resistance 3. exaggerated expressions and gestures

Why we use pantomime To improve concentration techniques: develop a specific, consistent size, shape, and weight for all "objects" Practice using your body more expressively: what does the action look like in real life? To improve control: think about the steps/details of activities; don't leave anything out.
