5. Religion
can best be summed up as the belief in and worship of a god or gods.  It can also be a set of beliefs concerning the origin and purpose of the universe in some cultures. 
Examples: Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity, Wicca, Church of the Latter Day Saints

6. Ethnicity
can be described as a group of people who identify with each other through a common heritage, consisting of a common language, a common culture (often including a shared religion) and a tradition of shared ancestry.
Examples: Greeks, Han Chinese, Gujarati, Basques, Kurds, Arabs, Persians

7. Culture
Culture can have many different meanings.  we are defining culture as "a set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that define an organization or group.”  Religion and ethnicity are values that help define a culture.
Examples: Western Culture, Corporate Culture, Latin Culture, Middle Eastern Culture
