3. What is it?
Census date is the official deadline for finalising your enrolment and fees for each teaching session.
Once this date has passed:
You are committed to the units you’re enrolled in
You will be charged tuition fees and receive a grade for all your enrolled units

4. What do I need to do by census?
Make sure you're happy with your units and want to continue studying in all the units you're enrolled in
Have either:
provided your Tax File Number (if you're eligible to defer your tuition fees) or
have paid your fees in full (payments cannot be accepted after this date)
Seek advice from your FYEC if you are unsure about continuing with a unit
If you are an International Student you must seek advice and approval before changing your load

5. What happens if I do not update my record?
You will be discontinued after census (30 November)
If you wish to continue studying you will have to:
Complete a miscellaneous enrolment
and
Pay full upfront tuition fees.

Click ‘Clear cart’ — to clear background and any extra units. If this button isn’t highlighted and you cannot click on it, go to the next step
Delete units by ticking ‘Delete’ in the action field
Click ‘Update cart’
Click ‘Proceed to checkout’
Click ‘Confirm’
Now see a receipt page to confirm completed
Click ‘Back to current enrolment’ — to see that the units have gone
