1. Report a breach of etiquette
Report a breach of etiquette using Planon (planon.imperial.ac.uk):
Under Service requests, Select Raise a soft service request.
Property - type the building code which is the first four letters of the room name, e.g. SHER, ICFB, RODH. Select the building from the drop down options that appear.
Space - type the room number. Select the room from the drop down options that appear. If no options appear, change the format of the number e.g. 420 or 4.20.
Request type - type ‘room’ and select Room Bookings from the drop down options that appear.
Comment – Enter the date and time of the booking that you are reporting about and a description of the problem.
Is Halls of Residence? – Select No
Access restrictions? – Select No
Click Submit
