Who are you? What do you do? What do you want to do? What difference will it make? And to whom? What will it cost? And who might be willing to pay?

9 Who are you? Where are the statements which describe who you are?
How do you protect and preserve your unique identity?

10 What do you do? What is the business you are in?
May be a complex answer The business of the business is… Is complexity good or necessary?
