TIA-1163-B has been completed, providing interworking with 3GPP Rel. 10 Key Features Support for MAPCON Support for IFOM Support for APN Congestion Diameter application enhancements specific to 3GPP2 operators Support for redirected handover from eHRPD to LTE Support for SIPTO to minimize data paths TIA : WiMAX- HRPD Interworking: Core Network Aspects Will provide bug fixes for earlier versions of TIA-1164.

Strategic Direction Close collaboration between 3GPP2 and both 3GPP and WiMAX Forum is in place to support Interoperability and Interworking Maintain and enhance the core network specifications (MAP, cdma2000® Packet Data Network, eHRPD) Collaborate with Femto Forum and Broadband Forum, through the 3GPP2 relationship, on Femto specifications Work with ITU-T Provide ITU-T with updates to Q Liaise with ITU-T on Femto, Cell Broadcast Identifiers, etc. Develop new technologies and services Green initiatives M2M Support
