409 r-phi frames shipped from Pisa ,to be assembled
No stereo frames are available till now (only two dummies)
121 Hybrids Layer 1,2 (6 apvs) received from CERN
227 hybrids Layer3,4 (4 apvs) received from CERN
48 hybrids stereo-left received from CERN
30 hybrids stereo-right received from CERN
8 hybrids failed ARC tests
3 assembly plates for r-phi modules are operational (12 module/day production feasible)
1 assembly plate for stereo-left modules under commissioning

2. Modules assembled in Bari
330 good modules were assembled till now (4 bad)
110 TIB Layer 1, phi (IB1 Sensor and 6 apv hybrid on board)
220 TIB Layer 3,4 phi (IB2 sensor and 4 apv hybrid on board)
We are waiting for more r-phi hybrids to continue the assembly job
Stereo hybrids shipped from CERN were ARC tested but till now were not assembled

conclusions
The production is going on with no big problems
We will try to start the stereo module assembly as soon as possible, provided we’ll have some stereo frames
The 12 modules per day is faesible but the problem is on the complete set of operations around the gantry assembly job (ARC testing,registering on db, shipping, mounting modules on the module-carrier etc..) that is now at the limit with the present man-power
