2. Overview
TPCs will be given the option to print a 4 page A4 mailer supported by Trade Club.
A template mailer is available for Retailers to submit their own pricing for various Trade Club parts.
The mailer is personalised to Retailer with their contact details (TPC name and parts telephone).
Vauxhall will support the print of an agreed number of mailers, 300 per Retailer. The Retailer has the option to print more if desired at an extra cost.
The mailers will be delivered in bulk to the TPC (not posted direct to customers).
If the TPC would like bespoke mailer content they can contact Bluegrasscoms (costs not supported by Vauxhall).

7. Pricing
All prices featured in the mailer template are Trade Club prices.
All ‘from’ prices are the lowest priced part from the VA998 (as of September 2018 – subject to price changes, check latest VA998 for updates).
The prices have recently been reviewed and action taken to make them more competitive where possible.
You can update the pricing to be specific to your Trade Parts Centre or alternatively leave the Trade Club price.

8. Process
TPC has a unique access login to a print portal – as per previous editable mailers. Contact if you do not have your login saved.
The template for the mailer is automatically populated with the Trade Parts Centre name and parts telephone number upon login.
Retailer populates pricing editable fields on the mailer.
Submit to print – select the desired quantity. Extras will be invoiced from Bluegrasscoms direct to the Retailer.
Mailers will be delivered direct to Trade Parts Centre – the print lead time is approx. a week but may vary.

9. Restrictions Please note…
You can only change the editable pricing fields and part info such as part number and Retailer name / telephone number.
You cannot add your own offers (giveaways, discounts, buy one get one free etc.) apart from where permitted.
It is your responsibility to ensure all the content you put into the mailer is correct.
Trade Club will not support the cost of any reprints.

11. Distribution of mailers
The mailers will be sent directly to your Trade Part Centre.
All Retailers are required to participate.
Vauxhall Trade Club expect that Trade Parts Managers will utilise their full allocation of mailers, by distributing them to all their Trade Club customers within AOR, through all channels.

Once logged in click on the the ‘ Starter Motors and Alternators’ mailer image to begin.

15. General
Once you have logged in, the template will be automatically populated with your TPC name and telephone number.
Throughout the mailer, you can change the pricing that features in the mailer, by inputting your price in the fields on the left hand side.
Throughout the mailer ONLY ENTER THE PRICE - DO NOT ENTER A POUND SIGN (£)
Please ensure all information you enter is correct!
All pre-populated prices are the Trade Club price for the part number stated.
To move through the pages use the arrows above the artwork.
To see the content you have inputted into the mailer press the ‘UPDATE’ button.

The editable information featured on this page (your TPC name and number) will auto populate.
Check that these are correct before proceeding with the order.

17. Page 2 Page 2 features 3 different REMAN Starter Motors.
The part number, application and price can all be edited. Please ensure that all information inputted in is correct.
For ease of use the editable boxes on the left can be resized and made bigger using the drag feature on the bottom left corner of the ‘Application’ boxes.

18. Page 3 Page 3 features 5 different REMAN Alternators.
The part number, application box and price can all be edited on this page.
It is the ‘Our price’ cost that you are entering/editing. The ‘Retail Price’ is fixed throughout the mailer.
Please ensure that all content you input has been checked and is correct as reprints will not be supported.
Be sure to fill in all boxes on page 3 as you will need to scroll down to complete all of them.

Again, the part number, application and price can all be edited on this page. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you have included is correct, including spellings!
You have the option to add your address, if you fill this in, this will auto populate on the back page as well.

20. Ready to print?
If you would like to view the mailer as a PDF first, press PDF preview. This will show how the mailer will print.
Some of the prices may look a bit fuzzy in the portal, but they will appear a lot clearer in the PDF preview/ when printed.
Once you have filled in all of your pricing and you are happy with the content, click the button Next Step at the base of the page.

21. Printing Process
Select the quantity required and click ‘update’ once the quantity has been chosen.
There are options of 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000.
Click ‘add to cart’ to proceed with the order.

You will then arrive on the screen below, where you have the opportunity to do a final review of your order.
If you need to change something in the artwork select ‘edit’ in the ‘Options’ column.
If you would like to see a PDF of the artwork select ‘PDF Preview’ in the ‘Options’ column.
You can update the quantity in the ‘Quantity’ column if desired.
When you are happy with the order details press the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.

23. Delivery details We have included delivery to 1 x UK address.
Your delivery address details should auto-populate as per the below screenshot.
If your delivery address needs to change you can edit it under ‘My Profile’ on the top Menu.
To return to your order once you have updated your address details just select ‘Shopping Cart’.
Once you are happy with the delivery details select ‘Next step’.

24. Checkout
If your company policy requires you to supply a purchase order for invoicing please input it in the ‘Purchase Order Number’ field.
If not please enter ’Bluegrass’ – this field must be populated to proceed.
Please confirm the artwork is approved for print by checking the box and then press ‘Next Step’.

25. Checkout
A summary of your order will appear as per the screen shot 1 below.
To confirm the order press ‘place order’ you will then see the order summary table as per screen shot 2 below.
You will receive a confirmation of order once the order is placed. This will be sent to the saved against your profile. You can view and edit this under ‘My Profile’. 1. 2.

Before submitting your PDF artwork to print, please carefully double check that you are happy with all the editable fields and how your Trade Parts Centre name displays. Reprints will not be supported.
To view the artwork as a PDF click the ‘PDF Preview’ button (at any point) at the base of the page.
Please be patient if the content seems slow to load, or slow to place your order– it may run slow due to the size of
the artwork file.
