8. Tracking & Measurement
Goals are aggregate for the District – we do not evaluate individual buildings.
District energy goals are measured against CBECS 2003 in Portfolio Manager.
Measurement methodologies are guided by the National 2030 Network.
Water methodology will be developed in consultation with local and national experts.
The initiative encourages individual buildings to track and evaluate their own energy and water usage.
Mentoring, peer-to-peer, to understand benefits of tracking.
