Indicator/s for structural interventions – plan for agreement and inclusion

Global Fund – support to prioritise prevention plans

3. How do we move from country consultations to roadmap implementation?
Acknowledge countries are at different levels, places
Feeding back to stakeholders – ‘beyond usual suspects’
Coordinating mechanism – leadership, communication, planning and target setting, mutual accountability – NACs?
Target setting – national and sub-national
Maintaining sense of urgency
