You and your partner are taking a “virtual” road trip across Georgia. You will plan where you want to go using the sites provided on my blog. On your trip, you must:

Our first stop will be Fort Yargo State park. It is located in the Piedmont Region between the cities of Atlanta and Athens. We are going to go hiking on the 20.5 miles of trails and stay overnight in the lakeside yurt. In the morning we are going to go kayaking and fishing on the 260 acre Fort Yargo Lake. We are going to take a tour with the park Naturalist who will tell us about the park’s history and wildlife. Before leaving will visit the historical log fort built by settlers for protection against the Creek and Cherokee Indians.
