LEVEL ONE : Customer contact such as telephone contact, mailing and fax was handled by travel agencies LEVEL TWO : At this level, Air Asia became Asia’s first airline to go ticketless. LEVEL THREE : Systems such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) information were developed to increase the efficiency. EDI was developed to support B2C activities.
