Spenddown Program Daily Spenddown Emergent Cases Alien Emergency Medical Program *As of 9/31/17 Oldest Document Total Cases 6/8/17 292 9/27/17 3 1 A client can have both Classic Medicaid medical and Medicare Savings Program open. Aged adults with very little income can have both S02 and S03.

Active Client Benefit Accounts and Gray Q data analysis
With a total of 800,000 active client ids, we only have 178,737 active Client Benefit Accounts through Washington Connection The Contact Center received 292,897 Gray (Changes) Queue calls in Average minutes per call is 18.6 minutes. If we can reduce Gray Queue calls by 15,000 (5%), we would save 4, hours on the phone Keep encouraging self service options!

Sign-On Support (SOS) Team
Client Benefit Account (CBA) Assistance for Washington Connection (WaConn) - the Contact Center has been operating the Sign-On-Support (SOS) Team that is helping customers establish Client Benefit Accounts (CBAs) in Washington Connection (WaConn). Customers with Client Benefit Accounts have 24/7 access to important about benefit amounts, status of documents submitted, important due dates for case action, and can submit a Mid-Certification Review
