2. Student Log Ins Log Into Infinite Campus
Find the Reports Tab on the left
Scroll down to Find “Student Network Security Info”
Click On it.

3. Getting User Names and Passwords
Log In
Click on “By Teacher”
Find your name, click on the pointing finger.
Export to Excel
Open the file in Excel and Click “Yes”

4. Using the Spreadsheet
You now have a spread sheet of all student network info
I put arrows on the columns that are the students’ user name and password, as well as the address (last column)
You can make labels or cards with student info if they do not know already
PASSWORD TO LOG ON COMPUTER AND ARE THE SAME!!!!

5. How to Log into Student email and OneDrive
Go to JCPS Homepage
Click on “Students”
Then put cursor on “Logins”, Select “Webmail”

6. Webmail and OneDrive
Students can log in using their address and password
Outlook will come up first.
Click on Apps Button in top left corner, then “OneDrive”
You are now in One Drive

7. Features of OneDrive
It is 1TB of Cloud-based storage for students/teachers
It can be accessed from any computer, anywhere, anytime
It has a built in Microsoft Office, that saves every second

8. Typing Paper on OneDrive
Students will be in a fully integrated Word
They can type and do most formatting in the browser
They can also open a document in regular Microsoft Word
To Change the name of a document just highlight the name at top.
To return to your OneDrive, click your name.
