My vision on the play “Alice in Wonderland” is that the novel has come to life by way of a storyteller. A book person if you will. He creates Wonderland from the ensemble cast. For example the caterpillar is all of the ensemble. They become the doors, a table, the disappearing head of the Cheshire cat.

7. You then sketch your ideas and shop for fabrics and patterns or for ready made costumes online.

8. Remember to sketch the bodies and clothes lightly so they are easily erasable.

9. Once you have drawn the clothes on, Trace over it with black fine point marker or sharpie. Then erase your pencil marks.

11. Then you paint them. Watercolor is the easiest.
