1 to 1 Mentoring Facilitating a Peer to Peer Network Working with Men, Women and Families around Glasgow Aim to provide services to a minimum of 150 Survivors around Glasgow in 11 Programmes - Retain 20% of Services Users as Volunteers A Chance to Grow and Develop Volunteers through Empowerment Differences made within the Community Training Volunteering Employment Opportunities

Health and well being Emotional Intellegence Who I am after trauma Discovering You – Therapies Goal Mapping Dress For Success A Bridge To Recovery – 5 week Course including: Action planning Be all you can be Getting Ready For Employment Interview Skills Dress For Success – Employment Suiting Experts and Experiences Open to Past and Present Service Users A weekly drop in on Wednesday and Friday Continued Support of Service Users Open Door Policy

Possibility Pathways A one year programme that is available to group members that have gone back to Education or into Employment Monthly 1 to 1 to track progress Monthly Group Sessions 16 Hours Free Child Care for 3 months Thriving Survivor Volunteer Programme Involved in parts of the Organisation Gaining Useful Skills Work Experience Assisting with Events and Promotions Thriving Survivor Facilitator Programme Open to Group members 2 Year Programme 6 Months of Volunteering 18 month Training plan with Paid Training Bursary SCQF Levels 4 to 7 obtained during training
