Use print preview to show how the worksheet will look as a printed page. Use margin guides to drag the margins.

Using one of these – change the layout of setup.xls until you are happy that it fits on the screen for printing. Save as setup1.xls

Insert Tab

Just start typing a custom header in text box that appears or click on a shortcut button
Clicking the Page button will insert page numbers.
Clicking the Pages button will insert a value for the total number of pages.
Clicking the Date and Time buttons will insert the date and time respectively.
Clicking the Path & File button will insert the workbook name and the path to its folder location.
Clicking the File Name button will insert the workbook name.
Clicking the Tab Button will insert the worksheet name.
Clicking the Picture button opens the Insert Picture dialogue box, which you can use to locate and insert the picture.
Fields in headers and footers can be deleted in the same way that the text is deleted, by using the Delete or Backspace key.
Havivg inserted your text or fields, click OK to close the Custom Header or Custom Footer, then click OK again.
