Biomedical engineers work at the intersection of engineering, the life sciences and healthcare. They combine engineering with medical science to design and create equipment, devices, computer systems, and software used in healthcare.

(What background knowledge do you need?) In order to become a biomedical engineer you have to study about chemistry, biology, electrical and medical engineering.

Lasers are one of the greatest achievements of biomedical engineering. 1.eye surgery 2.destroy brain tumors 3.target and destroy viruses in the blood.
