1. My Chromebook isn’t connected to the internet.

2. Click your Control Center in the bottom right.

4. 3. Make sure your Chromebook is connected to the “RISD Student” Wifi.

5. 4. Check “Allow Proxies for Shared Networks” by clicking in the box

6. 5. Close out of all your Chrome windows & re-open your browser to see if you’ve solved the problem.

7. Didn’t work? Perform a HARD RESET
Press REFRESH + POWER button OR Hold the power button for at least 10 seconds

Fill out the Google Form at the bottom of the page to submit your Chromebook for repair.
