There are 2 things we need to accomplish to move the process forward. First obtain how we can obtain a database of employee?
Who do we need to speak to in order to obtain this information?
Once we have the database we will identify groups of employees that live more than 20 miles from work but live within a 5 mile radius of each other. We then set up formation meetings w/those groups of employees.
