The following are a series of sample questions similar to those you may find while playing WorldQuest New York These questions may be useful in preparing students for the competition. The first slide shown will have the question and answer choices. The next slide will contain the highlighted answer and information source for the question.

Ready to try? Let’s Begin!
During the competition, each round will begin with a moderator reading the questions and the answers, and then allowing the group 15 seconds to choose their answer. Answers will be recorded using a remote control device. On the day of the competition, the rules will be reviewed and the students will be shown how to select their answers using the remote control. The questions that follow will not be used during the competition, but are representative of the format and types of questions that will be asked. Ready to try? Let’s Begin!
