Meeting Purpose: Currently, RHS will not offer senior summer school!!
To Discuss Graduation Requirements and Your Roles in ensuring that you walk across the stage. RHS Graduation will take place on June 8 PM. Your decision whether to be a part of the ceremony or not Currently, RHS will not offer senior summer school!!

You have to decide whether or not you will be a part of the ceremony
Ask Yourself Are you coming to school? Are you doing work in your classes (Class Participation)? Are you turning in assignments on time? Are you seeking help for assignments that you do not understand? Are you studying for your tests and/or quizzes? Are you asking your teachers for help when needed?

Graduation Reguirements
You need 26 credits to graduate from Rolesville High School

English 4 credits English I, II, III & IV Math 4 credits Math I, II, III & Adv Math *some foundation math classes may be substituted

Graduation Requirements
Science 3 credits Earth/AP Environmental, Biology, Physical Science/Chemistry Social Studies 4 credits World History, American I, American II, Civic/Econ or AP US History and a 4th social studies elective course can replace American I &II

Health/PE 1 credit Electives 10 credits Minimum Total 26 credits *Remember that foreign language courses are not required to graduate high school

Things you can do immediately
Meet with your counselor to discuss your academic plan. Come to school and attend every class daily Check PowerSchool daily. If you are having difficulty in a class, ask the teacher about NHS tutoring times and location Stay focused on your course work (Prioritize). Make Graduation your short-term goal. Utilize the time you have left wisely.

Remember: Passing the Exam does not = Passing the Class Classwork Counts!!!

How your Final Grade is Calculated
Final Grade = Quarter1 (40%) + Quarter2 (40%) + Final Exam (20%) Example: Quater1 Grade = [42] X .4 = 16.8 Quarter2Grade = [78] X .4 = 31.2 Final Exam = [50] X .2 = 10 Final Grade: 58
