3. ClassRoom status Asha Austin funded one classroom in early 2017.
Through crowd funding GSK has been able to construct 2 more rooms
Need Rs. 2 Lakh for finishing rooms : doors, windows, flooring, electrical, etc.
Seeking permission from us to use Rs. 50,000 from last year’s excess towards finishing room.
Funds will enable them finish rooms for this Academic session
Continue to approach other organizations for funding
They are also in a position to apply for up-gradation of school status to Grade-8

5. Water Scarcity Low Rainfall last year
Try to dig Bore well but water level was too low
GSK approached ’Samerth’ to do analysis on the water situation
They did preliminary research in FEB 2018 and suggested measures that will help

8. PROPOSED BUDGET
Budget is based on projected number of children increasing from 90 to 120
Mainly because of the up-gradation of school to grade 6 and classrooms being finished.
Last year we supported Rs lakhs towards Programme expenses (Requested was 17.3 Lakhs)
Rs lakhs sent after accounting for excess from 16-17
Requested amount is Rs Lakhs
Our planned support w/ 33% decrease is : 8.2 lakhs
