Jeffrey Mundy is a board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. One of only 1,678 of the more than 71,000 lawyers in Texas to achieve board certification in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Mundy has also attained the highest possible “AV” peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell for ethical standards and legal ability.
During his talk, Mr. Mundy will address the role of industrial hygienists in occupational health and safety matters.  This will include discussions of litigation-related issues that industrial hygienists may become involved in, including: the role of expert witnesses, expert testimony in depositions and in trial, reports and how they relate to litigation, and ethical considerations.
