8-week competition
(January 30-March 22)
Winners chosen based on Body Fat % LOST AND/OR Muscle Mass % GAINED
This year, there will be a men and women’s division in BOTH categories
MORE CHANCES TO WIN!!!!

4. REGISTRATION $30 CASH ONLY
*There is an additional $10 to compete in both categories*
You will be broken up into 6 groups to make the process run as smoothly as possible
After paying your registration fee, you will receive your FIT Card
Hold on to your FitCard! It cannot be replaced

5. THE WEIGH IN Did we mention it’s CONFIDENTIAL
3 weigh-in stations, to eliminate the super long lines
You’ll need to be barefoot this time (yes barefoot, no socks.)
(we have Clorox wipes)
You’ll be asked for your height and age too
Oh yes…it’s CONFIDENTIAL
will be documented by FitCard number only!!

6. FitCard Info & FitPoints
FitCards CANNOT be replaced
and FitPoints cannot be restored
FitCards MUST be present at all District prescheduled events you attend
FitPoints earn you tickets to be entered into a raffle (1 point =1 ticket)
Several ways to earn FitPoints this year
Prescheduled district classes, outside exercises & events (must be monitored), weekly fit challenges (documented by video)
