Background CIFP is an IOC Recognized Organization, established in 1963 that counts UNESCO as one of its Founders. CIFP honors memorable acts and significant careers of “Fair Play”, and spreads its ideals through educational programs and publications. CIFP is an active Olympic Family partner including in its CEP (now “Learn & Share”) program that take place at the YOG’s. It has been there at all YOG’s since Singapore 2010

RIO2016 Fair Play Award An Act of Fair Play awarded to an athlete, coach, or other member of entourage Eligible Acts – those incurred with Olympic qualification events starting Jan 1, and ending with the Rio Games. What is an Act of Fair Play? Usually you instantly know when you see one!
