List potential projects for the year. 2. Rate each project on all five criteria – whether it is a Performance Sharing Program (PSP) goal; its strategic value; ease of implementation; financial benefit to the department or region; and the resource impact of testing or making the change. 3. Determine the overall priority by adding across for each project and dividing by 5 (the number of criteria).
