1 Starting from the Basics
I think I understand the MAB target position now Skin thickness is variable per Zoltan: I use max, min is 100 microns less; ignore I think the ME+1/2 framework is understood, but: Rechecking Celso’s reference points against mine I think the DCOPS line is OK; rechecking Probable source of Z uncertainty is the transfer plate.

2 This is ME+1 Transfer Plate 1
I want to make sure I understand the reference dowel locations. Are the scales on these CAD drawings accurate? SCALE IS CORRECT Check your Dimensioning Plate is 120 mm x 400 mm CHECK.

3 Which are the reference pins for the distancemeter reaching the MAB?
D are two Dowel Pins in the Plate I assume this is the DCOPS reference dowel YES THAT IS THE HSLM REF DOWEL Shim

5 Position values in CAD layout 15.00.00blk (ME+1/PT1)

10 Comments on previous table
Transfer Line DCOPS In the CAD drawing, 9.53mm is the distance to the top of the Transfer Plate, not to the reference dowel for the Transfer Line DCOPS. Suspect the data copied from wrong line. The CAD drawing suggests 14 instead of 19: transcription error? DistanceMeter numbers are quite close I will take the number (referencing the bottom of the blue plate) instead of (referencing what looks like a mounting surface, but may not be)
