4. Discoveries Talking with the only girl in the advisory
She thinks she is more mature
Hard when teacher is male
Biggest came from talking with other teachers
Generalizations about boys and girls behavior and achievement
Treating students fairly does not necessarily mean treating them equally
The more engaged students are in something the better behaved they will be
