Having recruited a group of peer mentors in your setting and worked with them to co-design your peer mentoring programme.
We recommend that you train your peer mentors to have a core knowledge and skill-set.
Regardless of how your peer mentors will be supporting other CYP, we would recommend that they are trained to have a core set of knowledge.

We provide:
3 x 1 hour training sessions for you to use or adapt to train peer mentors in your setting.
Two versions- One for yr olds and the other for 14+.
Supporting resources and a Powerpoint slide-set for each version can be found in the Supporting document.
This morning, we will quickly review the session plans best suited for your setting.
There will be opportunity for Q+A regarding each session.
