Nominee: ______________________ Nominated By:__________________ What value has the person shown and how? Anybody (pupil or staff) can nominate anyone for any value. Doesn’t have to be value of the month.

School Priorities Continuation of Growth Mindset – promoting a positive mental approach to learning. We learn from mistakes! Increased understanding of a need for a positive mindset.

School priorities Introduction of Emerging Literacy programme at P1. Health and Wellbeing - Emotion Works and resilience. Developing the Young Workforce – Opportunities to develop skills for future jobs and careers. Playground – Enhance and improve the playground area. Emerging Literacy – Pupils will increase their phonological awareness, concepts of print, comprehension skills, oral language. HWB – Identify pupils who would benefit from support with mental health. Emotion works – children will be able to identify their emotions and use regulation strategies to support, as well as developing stronger resilience. DYW – Pupils will develop and increased understanding of the relevance and importance of work and how skills learned at school are transferrable. Playground – Pupils will benefit from enhanced play opportunities.
