Project Deliverable Deliverable Timelines Provide a white paper that:
Includes an overview of BlockChain Analyses the current process and areas where BlockChain would have most impact (i.e. efficiency, change management,…) Proposes Use Cases where Blockchain would transform the current landscape Researching Blockchain and implementation details: 3 months Finalising the whitepaper: 6-9 months Communication plan: Publication, presentation, and webinars Propose presentation DIA in June 2018 PhUSE Conference in June 2018 Others (tbd)

Sub-workgroup Group 1. Introduce BlockChain and describe how it works, what are the benefits, etc. + high level use case to explain the technology. Sub Group Leader: Aji Group 2. Pre-requisites to adopt BlockChain: Regulatory/FDA statement, IT and Pharma/Healthcare landscape, "are we ready for blockchain" Sub Group Leader: Chris Group 3. Understand the qualities of BlockChain relevant to the i.e. 2 chosen use cases. Provide high level analysis of Pros/Cons Sub Group Leader: Adama
