Sharpen your minds!

What is a Poetry Slam? A poetry slam is the competitive art of performance poetry. It encourages poets to focus on what they say, and how they say it.

Who can participate? All Forest Hill Elementary School students will participate. Each room will have their own Poetry Slam! Each room winner will compete against grade-level winners. From there, six finalists (one from each grade level) will compete in a school-wide Poetry Slam on Tuesday, May 17th, at 1:30PM.
