2 Definition of Message A Message is the method of conveying information in a precise {short} and clear manner. EFFECTIVE METHOD OF WRITING A MESSAGE. Use appropriate language, style and format. It can be written both as a formal and informal note. Be brief and direct. worldinfocorner

3 POINTS TO REMEMBER WHILE WRITING A MESSAGE.
Do not miss out the necessary information and important information. Do not add any extra information from your side. The title “MESSAGE” should be written in the first line at the top centre of the page. After title write date and time at the left side in the second and third line. Write the name of the person on the top left corner, to whom the message is written. worldinfocorner

4 Tense should be according to the information.
Don’t forget to put the name at the end of the message. The message should be put in a BOX. worldinfocorner

5 MESSAGE DATE TIME NAME OF RECEIVER DEAR [ Salutation should be brief]
