4. Home school contract I will . . .
Every day it is possible, have my child attend school and be on time.
Provide an appropriate environment and set a routine for studying and completing homework.
Check and sign the agenda each day.
Sign-up for Parent Portal and check my child’s grades weekly. ( Parent Links) Signup for Remind if available.
Communicate openly with my child and the school staff. Please allow us the courtesy of 24 hours to respond to phone calls, s, or notes.
Update phone numbers and addresses via the front office staff.

Use your child’s login to login as a parent.

First select parent from the drop down menu. Then, type the first few letters of Factory Shoals and click find. Then select Factory Shoals Middle School.

8. Type your child’s username and password in the boxes provided
Type your child’s username and password in the boxes provided. Make sure Factory Shoals Middle School is listed as the correct school.

Scroll over to Language at the top. You can see your child’s placement test results and the average amount of time your child spends working each day/week. You can also see the scores of the most recent assignments.

Scroll down further to see an overall look at his/her latest performance.

At the top, scroll across to see time spent and vibes.

At the top, scroll across to see time spent and vibes. Home time is considered anytime outside of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Start at the DCSS website. Click on the link for Parents.

Select Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

If you have your login information, please log in. If not, please try to obtain this information and receive a login for Parent Portal.

17. If you have more than one student, select a student.

18. Click on schedule on the right side
Click on schedule on the right side. You will then see a list of classes for your student. To see the grades, click on the course name. You child’s grades will appear.
