Blackcaps and gardens Exciting news – Blackcap research. Birds in Central Europe traditionally migrated south for the winter, but some have been migrating north since the 60s and our winter population is increasing. Tommy Holden

Distribution least likely to be observed Recent work discovered that these birds have changed their migration pattern, in part, thanks to the provision of garden bird food.
