Align club with member participation Program alignment with SIA Federation Mission Meaningful meetings and service “Show ‘em the love!” appreciate/acknowledge Put ‘em to work! Participation is key. New-Member-Prospect Outreach Engage friends, family, associates, acquaintances, former members! Connect with online inquiries from SIA. Recruitment outreach events! Maximize your club exposure at all Soroptimist activities Be consistently proactive on all social media Charter New Clubs Identify Areas in your district and form a Charter Committee Buildings in your district w/club potential? Federation Mission: “Soroptimist improves the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment through access to education.” Review Club Programs and explore ways to modify, align or ways to shift focus to a project with a better fit. Cultivate Member Satisfaction Meaningful Meetings & Service
Implement the modifications identified in the survey of members and review of programs Re-think hands-on activities to align with new Soroptimist directions Energize Club around new directions Keep it positive! Involve all members “Catch the new wave!”

Identify areas of your district that could support a new club Areas of population growth Areas that never had a club Areas that lost a club, but still have potential Establish a Charter Committee Host a gathering of potential members Use Region funds to host your gathering for up to $250!

Work with key tenant and building management Host recruitment event using region funds Identify preferred time of day and meeting area Let’s collaborate!
