1 Reporting Home Page We are now going to move onto something that will look a little different than last year’s report. As you know, in the 2016 criteria, we are counting faculty a little differently than we have before. This year’s annual report is going to reflect that change. Some important things to note before we move on: Standalone Baccalaureate Programs will have a slightly different set up ONLY for the quantitative faculty section. We will first walk through the Program of public health and then we will go through the SBP section. Thanks ahead of time as we walk through this section! Let’s get started!

2 Quantitative Faculty Information-PHP
Once you click on the Quantitative Faculty Info link, you will see a screen that looks like this. This slide looks a little different stylistically, but there is no difference in the platforms aside from the style. You will see that this screen looks nearly identical to CEPH Template C2-1. The platform will be auto populated with the public health concentrations and degree levels that CEPH has in our database for your program. If you remember correctly, we first count concentrations. East- West has 2 concentrations. We then take into consideration degree level. East-West has the MPH and DrPH degree level for both concentrations. Each unit will begin with all values being 0.0 FTE with no names. To populate the names and FTE, you simply click on the numerical value. A box will pop up that looks like this (CLICK)

3 Here, you will enter the name and FTE contribution to the unit of accreditation.
Then click save. You will do this for every box on the screen. Remember that this will not reflect all faculty members in your unit of accreditation. This only captures the minimum number needed for compliance. Remember to fill out every box. If you enter numbers that do not meet the minimum faculty requirements, you will get this explanation box (CLICK)

4 Here, you will provide information on why you do not meet the minimum faculty requirements. Please be as specific as possible.
