Product Quality by proactive ECR Management Target Stronger Change Management towards Customer. Proposing best way for Yazaki rather then executing Customer Change Request. Enabling full Change-Implication feedback to customer (total cost). Stronger Involvement of Plants (DfM). Manage Change Requests pro-active rather than passive. KPI Monitor and reduce turnaround times of ECRs Definition: 3 critical times to be monitored and improved t1: Complete Change Request Turnaround time (Initiate to Approval) t2: Change Request Evaluation time (total) t2x: Change Request Evaluation time (per function)
