Why make a plan?
Weighbridges take a lot of resources and time
We need a planned approach to organise the tests in the correct order
We need to share the plan with other people so they know what the Inspector needs
It is the professional approach

6. What do we need to make a plan?
We need to know:
The maximum capacity
The verification scale interval “e”
The number of support points of the weighbridge deck
The working standards we have available for the test
The data in table 1
A template to put the information in

Using the template and Table 1 , complete a test template for the following weighbridges:
Group 1: Maximum capacity = kg and e = 10kg, 4 points of support, 8 x 1000kg standards available
Group 2: Maximum capacity = kg and e = 20kg, 6 points of support, 10 x 1000kg standards available
Group 3: Maximum capacity = kg and e = 20kg, 10 points of support, 12 x 1000kg standards available
