At our first presentation, Exploring the LaSallian Mission, we learned about John Baptiste de La Salle, how he answered a call to teach the less fortunate, and paved the way for LaSallian educators world-wide.
At our second presentation, we learned what makes a successful team, such as communication, respect, and trust.

4. Team building
Today, we learn about Team Building. Per the Oxford Dictionary… Team Building is the action or process of causing a group of people to work together effectively as a team, especially by means of activities and events designed to increase motivation and promote cooperation.

God, you raised up Saint John Baptist De Le Salle as educator of the needy and patron of all teachers. As we attempt to follow in his footsteps today, help us to be aware of his love for the needy. When we serve others, deepen in us a spirit of service. When we express faith in you, deepen our spirit of Christian faith. As we work together in the spirit of Association, develop in us a sense of community and mutual support in doing your will. Amen
