When truth doesn’t matter, it is easy to make a decision
When truth doesn’t matter, making self happy becomes the goal When truth doesn’t matter, no one is wrong

Truth is recognizable, knowable and capable of doing things in us
John 8:32 “ and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” Truth is not determined by our intuition or experience. Truth doesn’t change as our point of view changes

God’s word is right over the voice of others (Gal 1:6-8)
God’s word is greater persuasion than the appearance of the resurrected (Lk 16:31) God’s word is greater than spiritual gifts (1 Cor 13:8-12)

Jesus knew more than Peter did
He knows more about how to maintain relationships than we do He knows how to raise a child more than we do

Jesus saw things Peter never did
Luke 5:6-7 the nets were breaking and the boats were sinking Jesus saw things Peter never did 1. Jesus sees dangers of the world 2. Jesus sees the crippling grip that worry can have on us 3. Jesus sees the value of good things
