1. Google Drive and Gale Databases
Save time, you will.

2. Keep calm and use google chrome

3. PIck your gale database from the library webpage or Mackin via
Sign in with your school Google Drive account
You can now save any article directly to your Drive account!

4. Save to your drive
Click download on the right and “Save to Google Drive” when prompted.

5. Click “OK” and go to your google drive.

6. Look for a folder named after the database
Your saved articles are automatically placed in this folder!

7. Use docs “comments” feature for notes
Highlight the text you want to attach a comment to and right click. Select “Comment”.
Write your note in the box that pops up.

8. works cited help
You can copy and paste the source citation from the bottom of the page to your works cited page. It’s already in MLA format!

9. Easy Bib + Drive = works cited page perfection!
Click on “Citation Tools” in the right hand corner and then Export to “EasyBib”.

10. Export to Google Drive
Select the citations you want included in your works cited page and then click on “With checked”. Go to “Export citations to Google Docs”.

11. Success! Check your drive for an EasyBib Bibliography file

12. Your Works cited page is done!

13. Remember: this feature only works with google chrome!!
