THE MONKEY Weaknesses Who fools around, chatters a lot and prevents the team from concentrating on any serious business. Strengths Confident, brave, extraordinary courage, sharp, smart and intelligent

THE GIRAFFE Weaknesses
Who looks down on the others, and the program in general, feeling, ‘I am above all this childish nonsense.’ Strengths Tends to find success easily while others struggle to find a path that leads them to their goals

THE LION Weaknesses Who gets in and fights Whenever others disagree with his plans or interfere with his desires. He is bossy and always feels superior Strengths Naturally self-assured and not afraid to take initiative. They hold a sense of dignity and do little at the cost of their honor.

THE OSTRICH Weaknesses Who buries his or her head in the sand and refuses to face reality or admit there is any problem at all. Strengths They fight with their feet and kick forward because that's the direction in which their legs bend. A solid kick can kill a lion

THE DONKEY Weaknesses Who is very stubborn, will not change his/her point of view. Strengths Stronger than a horse of the same size. Have an incredible memory – they can recognize areas and other donkeys they were with up to 25 years ago. Donkeys are have a keen sense of curiosity..

THE RABBIT Weaknesses Who runs away as soon as (s)he senses tension, conflict, or an unpleasant job. This may mean quickly switching to another topic. (Flight Behavior) Strengths They keep a modest attitude and maintain a pleasant relationship to people around. They will not be irritated easily, and they also avoid quarrels as much as possible.

THE ELEPHANT Weaknesses Who simply blocks the way, and stubbornly prevents the group from continuing along the road to their desired goal. Strengths Demonstrates leadership through his wisdom, strength and extraordinary skills in: problem- solving; social intelligence; openness; decisiveness; patience and confidence

THE TORTOISE Weaknesses Who withdraws from the group, refusing to give his ideas or opinions. Strengths Display intelligence, can identify their keepers and know when it's feeding time

THE OWL Weaknesses Who is inflexible and slow to react, always talking in long words and complicated sentences. Strengths A creature of great integrity, ( As wise as an owl) Doesn’t break rules and may be seen as a perfectionist- Great at problem solving

THE CROCODILE Weaknesses Who simply Sleeps and yawns, bored by everything waiting to swallow something. Strengths Have no natural enemies and will ruthlessly attack all creatures who enter their realm

THE RHINO Weaknesses Who Charges around Putting her foot in it and upsetting people unnecessarily. Strengths Prefer staying close to home and never go looking for trouble, When not engaged in physical activities, they prefer spending quiet time with their families or taking long walks with close friends.

THE PEACOCK Weaknesses Who loves to be noticed with it’s bright colours,Who is always showing off, competing for attention, Strengths Confident, optimistic and passionate

THE FROG Weaknesses Who croaks on and on about the same subject in a monotonous voice. Strengths Amazing sense of hearing and good eyesight

THE SNAKE Weaknesses Who hides and pretends to be innocent and waits for a moment to strike and to poison others. Strengths Intelligent and Wise

THE CAT Weaknesses Who sleeps all the day and wants everybody to sympathize with him/her ‘mioow’. Research shows that, there is no domestic animal as lazy as a cat. Strengths Neat and clean, they don’t need human supervision Friendly, inquisitive(wanting to know many things)

SUMMARY It is good to belong to any of the above positive types, if you want to be an effective participant and play your team role effectively. So what animal are you?
