Administer land use permits for:
Site improvement by developers
PWC bond projects
Utility installation and repairs
Entrances (private, commercial, temporary)
Special use (bike races, parades, banners, etc.)
Street acceptance responsibilities include:
Inspect, accept and process new subdivision streets into the secondary system
Inspect and accept PWC bond projects and process changes to the secondary system.
Process changes to secondary system for VDOT construction projects.
