INFORMATION INCLUDED IN A CREDIT REPORT Personal data - full name, SS and drivers license numbers, recent addresses, date of birth, spouses or other family members names, and phone numbers Credit information - credit accounts, date they were opened, payment history, debt owed, any co-signers Public record information - bankruptcies, lost court cases, federal and state tax liens, overdue child support Requests for your credit history - a list of individuals and organizations that have recently sought information from your credit report Nathan
