1. Women Artists and the Western American Landscape

Death Valley, the Sierra Nevadas,
windswept Wyoming, the Great Salt Lake. These are a few places we’ll study through the lens of famous American women artists such as Georgia O’Keefe, Mary Austin, and Gretel Erhlich. We’ll also hike and snowshoe in Ogden’s foothills to experience for ourselves what makes us so passionate about place.
