3 About Us Our Company, “UKRPOLYMERCONSTRUCTION” LTD, is one of the leading Ukrainian producers of Plastic Pipes. Being created in the 1997, “UKRPOLYMERCONSTRUCTION” LTD became a well known trademark, domestically and in CIS countries. We hold a reputation of reliable, client-oriented company providing high-quality products. We produce polyethylene pipes (HDPE) for cold tap water pipe-systems, gaseous fuels supply, sewage systems, irrigation, fire-extinguishing systems and protective pipes for telecommunication channels.

4 About Us Our pipes are made of high quality PE100+, PE100 and PE80 raw materials of the leading world suppliers. Our end-to-end solutions include consultation, design, implementation and after-sales service. Customers are building and civil wholesalers, civil contractors, housing developers, large installers, utility companies and municipalities. “UKRPOLYMERCONSTRUCTION” LTD has got years of experience in the field of supplying building objects with polyethylene pipes, fittings, proper armature and services in planning, designing and building of pipelines (using standard and trenchless technology).

5 Polyethylene Pipes Production assortment of “UKRPOLYMERCONSTRUCTION” LTD Gas-supply pressure-pipes Ø mm Water-supply pressure-pipes Ø mm Pipes for the sewage systems, irrigation, monolithic building and fire-extinguishing systems Protective pipes for optical channels, telecommunications channels Welded fittings All our products are manufactured of highest quality raw materials (PE-100+, PE-100 and PE-80) and certified in accordance with international ISO system.

6 Polyethylene Pipes HDPE pipe - a short designation indicates that the pipes are made of high-density polyethylene and are designed for pipelines transporting water (including for economic and drinking water) and other liquid and gaseous substances, which polyethylene is chemically resistant to.  Polyethylene pipes have significant advantages over steel pipes: Cheaper; construction and reconstruction of water supply with the use of polyethylene pipes saves up to 40% of funds spent comparing to traditional methods; Durable; usability period is much longer than metal (guaranteed service life is 50 years);  Have high corrosion and chemical resistance; they are not afraid of contact with aggressive environment; Exclude the possibility of sticking to the inner surface of pipes of various substances contained in the transported agents;

7 Polyethylene Pipes Relatively small weight, what makes installation process easier, especially in confined spaces;  Polyethylene pipes are lighter in times than steel pipes, so, first: small movement during the installation does not require lifting mechanisms; second: one vehicle carries more polyethylene pipe than steel in 5-7 times;  The reliability of welded joints throughout the life of pipelines;

8 Polyethylene Pipes Butt welding of polyethylene pipes are much cheaper, easier and less time-consuming;  The possibility of multiple modification, at low cost;  Polyethylene pipes can be subjected to strain (7%) without being destroyed;  A reliable shield against micro-organisms and bacteria, its inner layer does not give any water contaminants; Very adaptable to different soils; Resistant to the effect of stray currents and have no need for cathodic protection.

9 Polyethylene Pipes PE pipes for water supply
Polyethylene (PE) pipes for water supply meet requirements of ISO Polyethylene pipes of PE100+, PE100, PE80, intended to be used for the conveyance of water and other liquid and gaseous substances under pressure at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C for general purposes as well as for supply of drinking water. PE pipes for water supply have smooth internal and external surfaces and supplied in coils ( m) and segments (up to 12 m). In accordance with the national requirements should be black or black with longitudinal blue stripes.

10 Polyethylene Pipes PE pipes for water supply Scope:
Water supply systems for conveyance of drinking water between 0°C and 40°C; Water supply systems for conveyance of water for general purposes between 0°C and 40°C; Water pipelines, transporting other liquids and gaseous substances polyethylene is chemically resistant to; For construction of new and reconstruction of dilapidated pipelines using trenchless technology method; When used above ground should be preferably be physically protected against UV light in accordance with recommended practice.

11 Polyethylene Pipes PE pipes for gaseous fuels supply
Buried polyethylene (PE) pipes for the supply of gaseous fuels meet requirements of ISO 4437. Buried polyethylene (PE) pipes of PE100+, PE100, PE80, intended to be used for the supply of gaseous fuels. PE pipes for gaseous fuels supply have smooth internal and external surfaces and supplied in coils ( m) and segments (up to 12 m). In accordance with the national requirements should be black or black with longitudinal yellow (orange) stripes.

12 Polyethylene Pipes Scope: PE pipes for gaseous fuels supply
Underground pipelines transporting gaseous fuels intended as raw material and fuel for industrial and domestic use with operating pressure ratings up to 1,2 MPa; For routing of gaseous fuel in groups I to IV.

13 Pipelines Construction
Polyethylene pipes are installed basically in three ways: by butt welding, electrofusion with embedded heaters and using compression fittings. Butt welding of PE pipes is usually used to connect HDPE pipes in all cases when there is opportunity to place pipes and welding equipment. Electrofusion welding or welding with embedded heaters is often performed in confined spaces: cells, wells, narrow trenches, etc. Bending and branching of pipes are made using welded or molded fittings (bends, crossings, T-branches, hub flanges). Our Company has experience and can design and perform high-quality installation of pipelines of any complexity, including installation under the bottom of water reservoirs, roads and railway lines (up to 500 meters) using trenchless installation (horizontal drilling).
