Establishment of a Round Table hosted by Mt Alexander Shire Council (CCH developed the terms of reference and delivered the community information sessions to engage members)

6. Diversity Coordinator
Development of a Diversity Coordinator role at CCH (a volunteer position that can hopefully be funded from successive grants covering specific projects)

7. Castlemaine Takes Pride
Partnering with Castlemaine District Community Health to deliver the Castlemaine Takes Pride project (with a $76,140 grant from the Department of Premier and Cabinet)
